I wish! 😭 Running my nail business opened my eyes. Payment networks take a cut in processing fees, and the rest sits in a hold for 2–3 days. Plus, processors sneak in hidden monthly contract fees!

wait why do they take a cut and hold ur money that sounds shady what if someone lies and says they never got their order

That’s a chargeback, my worst nightmare! The processor immediately takes the money back from my account and hits me with a $20 penalty fee. Even with tracking proof, the bank usually sides with the buyer.

wait u get fined for getting scammed??? what if u go viral and sell a ton of stuff do they freeze ur account or something

YES! If sales spike, their automated system flags it as "suspicious" and can hold your funds for 180 days without warning. We desperately need transparent fees and real human support for small businesses.
