I’ve come across plenty of stores with products I liked but still hesitated to order from. Sometimes there aren’t enough comments or photos from actual buyers, so it’s hard to tell if the product is really worth it. How do you usually decide if an online store is trustworthy when there isn’t much customer feedback?

I usually check the product details, photos, contact info, and return policy. Those things can make a store feel more trustworthy even without many reviews.

I also look at how long the store has been around and whether they have an active social media presence. Seeing regular posts and real interactions can make a new store feel a lot more legit.

I sometimes check the store’s affiliate partners or other shops connected to it to see if it looks legit. It gives me a little more confidence when I can find other places that are linked to the same store.

That’s actually a smart way of checking. Looking at the stores or partners connected to them can give you a better idea of whether the business is legit.

A legitimate permit to operate would definitely make me feel more comfortable too. I usually see that as a good sign that the store is an actual business and not just some random seller online.

It’s one of those small details that can quietly make a store feel much more trustworthy. I tend to notice those things too, especially when buying from a seller for the first time.

For a newly opened store, I’d probably look for other signs since they won’t have much history yet. Things like clear policies, complete information, and an easy way to contact them would matter more to me.

I get what you mean. A store can have been around for years but still feel “new” to customers if it hasn’t really built much visibility yet. In that case, I think consistent activity and making the business easy to verify can go a long way.
