What Makes You Give a New Business a Chance?

I came across a small business recently that didn’t have many reviews yet, but their page was well put together and they provided a lot of useful information about their products. What usually makes you feel comfortable enough to give a new business a try?
 
Clear policies would probably make me more comfortable trying a new business, especially when it comes to returns, refunds, and shipping. It’s easier to take a chance when I know what to expect if something goes wrong.
 
A combination of qualities, primarily professional, reliable, and trustworthy, and products/services that meet specific requirements. A new business may not have reviews and a good product. Still, it should have a feature that differentiates it and a guarantee that the work will be done correctly and timely.

A well-designed business can definitely leave a good first impression, especially when it feels organized, professional, and like they really know what they’re doing.
