There’s always a new platform, feature, or content trend popping up, and it can be hard to keep up with all of them. Do you think businesses should keep trying new things, or is it better to stick with the platforms and strategies that are already working?

I always endeavor to remove my emotions at the workplace, especially while dealing with clients. It is crucial to remember that there is no unsolvable issue. After an unpleasant call or email, I begin analyzing the situation to find leverage to help the client. This attitude often gives the right outcome, but I will never assume that all problems are artificial.

Trying new things is good, but I don’t think a business needs to jump on every trend. It’s probably better to test something new once in a while and keep what actually brings results.

There are some companies that do this, but they usually go through a proper testing process first. They don’t just jump on every trend without seeing whether it actually fits the business.

Trying something new once in a while makes sense. You can see what works without messing with the things that are already bringing good results.

Testing it first seems like the safer way to do it. A trend might be popular, but that doesn’t always mean it will work well for every business.
