Sometimes a business can get plenty of views, likes, comments, and even people asking about the product, but the actual sales still don’t follow. It can be confusing because it looks like the marketing is working on the surface, yet something seems to be stopping people from buying.

Would you look at the product, pricing, offer, or customer experience first to figure out where the problem is?

Customer questions can reveal a lot about what’s holding them back. Their concerns might point to missing product details, unclear pricing, or something that needs to be improved before they feel ready to buy.

True, and those questions can also help businesses figure out what information they should highlight in their marketing. Sometimes a small adjustment to the way a product is presented can make the decision much easier for potential buyers.

I would take a closer look at the customer journey to identify where the sales are lost. In theory, every visitor who expresses interest in a product or service should purchase it. Therefore, it is critical to make sure that the price is justified, the landing page does not have any technical issues (especially on mobile devices), and the checkout process is intuitive. I would also compare the statistics of different channels to see if one of them attracts users who are less likely to make a purchase.

I think this is a good reminder that even small inconveniences can affect someone's decision to buy. Personally, if something feels unnecessarily complicated when I'm shopping online, I'd probably think twice before going through with it.

Customer reviews and trust can play a big role too. Even if everything works smoothly, people might hesitate to buy if they’re unsure about the product or the seller. Adding clear product details, real customer feedback, and an easy way to ask questions can help them feel more confident about their decision.

Yeah, especially when other stores offer the same product with a much smoother shopping experience. People can easily switch to another seller, so making things convenient is a good way to keep customers from looking elsewhere.
