Are Facebook Groups still worth building for business reach?

Pages feel like they get zero organic reach unless you pay for ads, but Groups seem to have active discussion. Has starting a group helped your sales or brand awareness?

I think creating groups and maintaining them is still a valid way to reach your customers and encourage repeat business. However, before creating one, I’d ask existing customers whether they want that space and whether I can commit to running it. For judging results, I’d look at useful conversations, qualified enquiries, and sales members' contributions to the group, rather than member count alone.
