Do You Use Instagram Stories to Test Content Ideas?

Polls and question stickers seem useful before making a full post or Reel. Do Story responses reliably predict which topics will perform well, or are they too biased toward your most active followers?

I treat Story responses as a directional signal, not a forecast. They help rank several ideas quickly, but I still test the winner as a post because Story voters are usually the most engaged part of the audience.
