I can see how a post might get hundreds of likes and comments but still bring in no actual customers. Maybe the content is attracting people who enjoy seeing it but have no real interest in the product itself. It makes me wonder how businesses figure out whether their marketing is reaching potential buyers or just getting attention from people who will never purchase anything.

Sometimes, people engage with content just because it's entertaining or interesting, but that doesn't mean they're interested in buying what's being offered. I'd look at the kind of people who are interacting with the posts and see if they match the customers the business is trying to reach. There's no point in chasing likes if they aren't helping the business grow. It's better to have fewer interactions from people who are actually interested in the product than a lot of attention that doesn't lead anywhere.

Most likely, yes. Sometimes, you can't really tell who will end up engaging with your content until you put it out there. There are always uncertainties in marketing, and not every campaign will attract the audience you expected. You can plan everything carefully and still get unexpected results, so you just have to learn from those experiences and adjust along the way.

Yep, sometimes a post can go viral for reasons you didn't even expect, and not all that attention will turn into sales. That's why I wouldn't judge a campaign based on engagement alone. I'd also check whether it's bringing in actual inquiries or people who are genuinely considering a purchase. At the end of the day, the goal is to grow the business, not just make a post popular.

Knowing who you're trying to reach makes a big difference. A post can get tons of likes just because it's trending, but that doesn't mean people will be interested in buying your product. I'd honestly prefer getting fewer reactions from people who are actually interested in what I'm selling than getting thousands of likes that don't lead anywhere.
