Have you ever had a client approve something and then change their mind after it went live?

You finish the work, send it to the client for approval, and everything seems fine. Then, after you publish it, they suddenly ask for changes. How do you deal with that without making things awkward with the client or messing up your other deadlines? Do you have a way of handling last-minute changes like this?

I would always treat any amendments as a new revision once content has been approved by the client and published. This will also help manage expectations and ensure clients know that once they have approved they are happy with the final product. Whilst you will always need to keep your tone professional and listen to what they have to say, you won’t want to be constantly amending finished work. You have your own time to consider and may have other things to do with deadlines to meet.
