How do you keep track of payment fees across different platforms?

When you're accepting payments through different platforms, keeping track of all the fees can get confusing. Each provider has its own charges, and it can be hard to figure out how much you're actually paying in total. If you run a business or handle online payments, how do you keep everything organized? Do you use a spreadsheet, rely on each platform's reports, or have another way of tracking fees and checking how much money you actually receive?

I actually have a premade Excel template that I customized for my own needs. It helps me keep track of payment fees and see how much I'm actually receiving after all the deductions. I find it easier to have everything in one place instead of checking each platform separately every time. It also makes reviewing my expenses a lot less of a hassle.

You can use whatever app works best for you, as long as it helps you keep everything organized. Personally, I prefer Google Sheets because it's easy to update and share with other people when needed. It also makes collaboration easier since everyone can access the same file and see the latest updates. I find it pretty convenient, especially when you need to keep track of several transactions and fees in one place.

Usually, companies have their own apps or internal systems for tracking these things. I don't mean spreadsheets like Excel or Google Sheets, but actual apps built specifically for their business needs. That makes it easier to monitor payment fees and transactions across different platforms without having to check everything manually. It really depends on the company and the tools they use to manage their finances.

I usually use Google Docs to keep track of the details, along with the custom app provided by the company I work with. The app was specifically built to manage payment-related information, so it's easier to check fees and transactions in one place. Having both helps me keep the records organized and makes it less of a hassle to review everything when needed.

Usually, the system already records the payment details whenever I buy something online. It's like having a digital receipt where I can check the amount and transaction details whenever I need to. That's why I don't really worry about these things since the information is already there whenever I need it.
