How do you tell whether your content is actually helping your audience rather than just filling your posting schedule?

I used to focus more on keeping my content schedule consistent, but eventually, I realized that posting regularly doesn't always mean people are getting something useful out of it. Some posts get views but barely spark any interaction, while others lead to questions or meaningful conversations. How do you tell when your content is genuinely helping your audience?

Honestly, you can’t know for sure, so you can only hope your content is making a difference. Likes, shares, reposts, and comments give you a better indication that people are connecting with what you post. Views are good, but engagement is a different story because it shows that people are willing to interact rather than just scroll past your content.
