Pinterest traffic often builds slowly, so timing seasonal posts can be tricky. How many weeks before a holiday or event do you start publishing pins, and do you keep promoting them after the peak?

I usually start six to eight weeks before the event, then increase fresh pins during the final two weeks. After the peak I pause date-specific creative, but keep evergreen versions active if the page is still useful year-round.
