How many social platforms should a tiny team actually focus on?

Right now I'm trying to post on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn all by myself, and it feels completely overwhelming. Is it better to stick to just one channel, or is a spread-thin presence still worth it?

You really don't need to spread yourself thin to post on multiple platforms. It is still advisable to post on multiple platforms but you don't need to have different content for each. You may also consider using apps like Buffer or Hootsuite so that you can actually schedule your content so it's not as overwhelming.

As a small team, it is probably better to do one or two social networks exceptionally well instead of trying to focus on five or six and doing a mediocre job at all of them. Each platform has different requirements in terms of content, so it is extremely important to prioritize and focus on the networks where your target audience actually spends their time. This way, you can maximize engagement without exhausting your team.
