Imagine being able to see how a competitor's website is performing in search results. Would you check which pages bring in the most traffic, what keywords they're ranking for, or where their backlinks come from? I'd be curious to know what you'd look at first and how you'd use that information to improve your own SEO strategy. Would you focus on finding opportunities they're already taking advantage of or spotting areas where you could do better?

I'd check their top-performing pages first to see what kind of content is bringing in the most traffic. I'd be curious about what makes those pages work, whether it's the topics they cover, how they use keywords, or how they structure their content. That could give me some ideas for my own strategy without simply copying what they're doing.

I'll check their stats first, like clicks, conversions, bounce rates, and other metrics that show how their website is performing. I'd be curious to see which areas they're doing well in and where they might be losing visitors. Looking at those numbers could give me a better idea of what's working for them and what I could learn from their strategy.

I'd be more interested in seeing all the websites they manage and how they run them. I already have an idea of what clicks, conversions, and other metrics can tell me, but I'd like to understand what's actually making those websites perform well. Seeing their content, structure, and overall approach could give me a better idea of what's working behind the numbers.

I'd also be curious about their transactions and the affiliates they work with because those could give me an idea of how they run their business and who they partner with. It might reveal some interesting approaches worth learning from. However, just because a strategy works for another business doesn't mean it'll work for yours, too. It's better to understand why their approach works and see whether it actually fits your own business before trying it out.

The keywords they're ranking for would be the first thing I'd check because they can give me an idea of what people are searching for when they find that website. From there, I could look for similar keywords worth targeting and see if there's an opportunity to rank for searches my competitor hasn't fully taken advantage of yet.
