Is It Worth Keeping an Outdated Payment Method Just to Satisfy One Client?

Sometimes, a client insists on using a payment method that feels outdated or inconvenient, even when better alternatives are already available. Switching might not be practical for just one client, but sticking with an old system can also mean extra work, delays, or unnecessary complications. At what point should a business stop accommodating one client's preference and encourage them to use a more practical payment option?

I'd be willing to accommodate the client at first, but if the same payment method keeps running into errors, I'd eventually ask them to try another option. I understand that people have their own preferences, but I can't keep dealing with the same problem over and over when there are other payment methods available. If the client refuses to use a more compatible option, then I don't think the business should be expected to keep entertaining the same issue every time.
