Agree with EddieRiggs, However the base fees for standard transactions are pretty much identical between the two, so cost shouldn't be the main deciding factor here. Stripe is definitely superior for keeping customers on your site with a sleek, custom checkout experience. However, a huge portion of online shoppers will instantly abandon their cart if they don't see a PayPal option. I'd highly recommend enabling Stripe as your main card processor and offering PayPal as a secondary choice.
