I was comparing two stores selling pretty much the same product. One was a little cheaper, but the other had faster replies and a much easier return process. When the price difference isn’t that big, which one would you be more likely to buy from?

It can go either way sometimes. If the price difference is small, I might choose the store with better service, but it still depends on how big the difference in price is.

Good service makes a big difference in whether customers want to come back. A smooth buying experience saves time and gives you more confidence in the store, especially if something goes wrong after the purchase. A small discount might be tempting, but reliable service can be worth more in the long run.

Cheap prices only work if the savings are actually worth it. If a seller is difficult to reach or makes returns a hassle, customers might end up spending more time and effort fixing problems than they saved on the purchase. Good service gives people a reason to come back, not just buy once.

I'm somewhere in the middle. Price matters, but so does the overall experience. I don't mind paying a little extra for good service, as long as the difference is reasonable. At the same time, great customer service shouldn't be an excuse to overcharge people.

True, a good shopping experience matters just as much as the product itself. Even if someone finds a store through its low prices, how the business treats its customers can determine whether they’ll ever want to shop there again.
