Sometimes you can spend time researching a strategy, looking at the numbers, and planning what you think would work best, only for the client to completely disagree with it. It gets tricky when you believe your approach could actually help their business, but they’re more comfortable doing things their own way.

How do you handle that situation without making the client feel like you’re dismissing their ideas?

I think it helps to keep the conversation open instead of trying to prove your point right away. Sometimes showing them the reasoning behind your suggestion is enough to get them to consider it.

I think it helps to keep things professional and not take the disagreement too personally. You can explain your reasoning, but at the end of the day, it’s still their business and their decision.
