Besides traffic and revenue screenshots, what should a buyer check before purchasing an established site? I’d want analytics access, backlink history, content ownership, expenses, and proof that the income can transfer.

I’d also verify where the traffic comes from, whether any single page or keyword creates most of the revenue, and whether supplier or affiliate agreements can transfer. A short escrow period with read-only analytics access helps confirm the numbers.
