There was a point when I realized that staying busy and actually getting things done aren't always the same. You can spend hours handling tasks, but if your priorities are all over the place or your process isn't working, the results might not improve much. What made you realize that putting in more hours wasn't the solution anymore?

Honestly, I'd rather find an easier way to get things done if it can bring the same or even better results. There's no point in exhausting yourself doing the same thing over and over when it's clearly not working. It's like filling a bucket with holes. You can keep pouring water into it, but you'll never fill it up unless you fix the holes first. Sometimes, the smarter move is to change your approach instead of forcing yourself to work harder.

I realized that working harder isn't always the answer because sometimes, working smarter gets you further. It's a bit like brain versus brawn. You can put in more hours and effort, but if there's a more effective way to do the same task, why make things harder for yourself? I'd rather find a better approach that gets the job done efficiently than exhaust myself doing something the difficult way.

I've always believed that having a good idea is only half the work. You still have to put in the effort to make it happen. It's frustrating when someone comes up with a brilliant solution but leaves everyone else to do the actual work, as if their idea alone is enough. I've never really liked that kind of attitude because a business doesn't run on ideas alone. Everyone has to contribute and do their part if they want to see things succeed.
