Online shopping makes buying things more convenient, but some people still prefer visiting stores before making a purchase. Do you think physical stores will become less common over the next decade, or will they continue to play an important role in how people shop?

I think physical stores will remain important, but online shopping will continue to grow because of convenience and wider product selection. The biggest challenge for online retailers is building trust and making the buying process as simple as possible. Small improvements to product pages and store design can make a real difference, and A/B testing tools like A shot in the dark help Shopify merchants compare themes and product images to see what works better. In the end, I think the strongest businesses will combine a smooth online experience with the benefits customers still value in physical stores.

Physical stores will always have their place, but online shopping will continue to evolve as technology advances. We might eventually see more interactive ways to explore products online, making the experience more realistic and convenient. Whether these improvements will eventually outshine traditional shopping remains to be seen. Physical stores have adapted to changing customer needs for years, so I believe both will continue to develop in their own ways.
