Would you rather compete on price or customer experience?

Imagine you're selling a product that people can also find in other stores. You could lower your prices to attract more buyers, or focus on giving customers a better experience through good service, careful packaging, and reliable delivery. If you were running a small business, which approach would you choose? How would you convince customers to buy from you when they can get the same product for less somewhere else?

I'd focus more on customer experience because competing on price alone can be difficult, especially when other stores can always offer something cheaper. If customers feel that they're treated well and have a good experience buying from you, they're more likely to come back. I'd rather build that kind of trust than keep lowering my prices just to compete with other sellers.

I would rather put more effort into making customers feel valued than keep lowering my prices just to compete with other sellers. Even if they can find the same product somewhere cheaper, a good experience can still give them a reason to choose my store. Things like being responsive to their concerns, packing their orders properly, and making sure their items arrive on time can make a difference. Of course, price still matters, but I think building trust and giving customers a reason to come back is more sustainable than constantly trying to offer the lowest price.
