A customer receives their order in good condition, but they're still unhappy with the product and want a refund. The item matches the description in your listing, so you're not sure what to do. Would you follow your return policy, make an exception, or try to find a compromise? How would you handle the situation while keeping the customer happy without taking a loss on the sale?

If the customer received exactly what they ordered and the product is in good condition, then I don't think the seller should be held responsible just because they're unhappy with it. But if the customer can provide a valid reason, like receiving a defective item, along with proper proof, then a refund would be reasonable. It really depends on the situation and whether the complaint is justified.
