At the same time, working with people who know more than you could be a great opportunity to grow and improve your skills. Would you take the chance and learn along the way, or would you rather gain more experience first before joining the team?

Working with people who have more experience than you can actually help you grow faster, especially when you're willing to learn from them. You don't have to know everything from the start to prove that you belong in a team. Sometimes, being open to feedback and willing to improve can take you further than waiting until you feel completely ready. Everyone has to start somewhere, and you can gain experience while doing the actual work.

Honestly, I'd call it a blessing to work with people who have more experience than me. Having experienced coworkers can make a big difference because they already know how to handle different situations and get things done efficiently. Of course, it also means having more opportunities to learn from them, pick up new skills, and improve my own work. Rather than feeling intimidated, I'd see it as a chance to grow professionally and learn from people who have already been through things I'm still figuring out.
