Have you ever gone back to an old blog post or video and found that some of your affiliate links no longer work because the brand changed its website? Fixing every broken link can take time, especially if you have lots of old content. Do you think affiliates should handle this themselves, or should brands help keep their links updated? What would you do if this happened to your own content?

I think affiliates should check their links regularly, but brands should also notify them when links change. It's easy to overlook older posts, and a quick heads-up from the merchant could save affiliates a lot of time and prevent missed commissions.

Both sides should do their part. Affiliates can check their links from time to time, while brands can give them a heads-up when something changes. It saves time and helps prevent missed sales that could have been avoided.

I'd prioritize fixing the links that still bring traffic or generate sales, then work through older content when I have time. There's no need to spend hours checking everything at once, but leaving valuable content with dead links means missing out on potential commissions.

I'd do the same. It's a practical way to manage the workload without getting overwhelmed, while making sure the content with the most potential gets attention first.
